This online session will explore the concept of Innovation Ambassadors (IAs) within Institution's Innovation Councils (IICs). The focus will be on:

• Guiding Framework: Establishing a framework for creating and engaging trained faculty and student IIC members as IAs.
• Engagement Strategies:  Exploring effective strategies to motivate and engage IAs in promoting innovation within the institution.
• Rewarding Mechanisms:  Discussing various mechanisms to recognize and reward IAs for their contributions.
