Do you have a passion for technology and its impact on the world?

Calling all undergraduate and postgraduate students, teachers, and research scholars!

IICGGI is proud to host an Awareness Campaign Competition in celebration of National Technology Day 2024. This competition aims to spark conversations about technology's role in shaping our future.

Objective:

This competition encourages you to explore the fascinating world of technology and its implications for a sustainable future. Share your insights and raise awareness about the incredible advancements happening around us.

Topics:

Choose one of the following thought-provoking topics for your article submission (English Only):

  • History of Technological Progress: Explore the first technological discoveries that laid the foundation for the advancements we see today.
  • Life Without Modern Technology: Imagine a world without smartphones, computers, or the internet. What would it be like?
  • Health Technologies that Changed the World: Discuss the revolutionary health technologies that have improved human life expectancy and well-being.
  • Robots in the Workplace: Can robots completely replace humans in the workforce? Analyze the potential benefits and drawbacks.
  • Technology and Human Identity: How does technological progress shape and influence our sense of self?
  • Shocking Modern Technology Inventions: Explore groundbreaking technologies that most people haven't even heard of yet.
  • The Internet: Bringing Us Together or Pushing Us Apart?: Discuss the internet's impact on human connection and communication.

Eligibility:

  • Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students, teachers, and research scholars from recognized schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Co-authorship is allowed.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Format: Word or PDF
  • Language: English Only
  • Word Count: 1000-1200 words (longer entries are acceptable if necessary)
  • Content: Your article should inform and educate the reader, offering new perspectives on your chosen topic.
  • Submission Deadline: May 14th, 2024

Judging Criteria:

  • Novelty of the Idea: How original and thought-provoking is your approach?
  • Complexity, Clarity, and Details: Is your article well-structured and easy to understand, with well-researched information?
  • Feasibility and Practicability: Does your concept have the potential to be implemented in the real world?
  • Sustainability: How does your idea contribute to a more sustainable future?
  • Scale of Impact: How widespread could the positive effects of your proposed technology be?

Awards:

  • Top 25 Entries: Certificate of Appreciation (common for both Faculty and Students)
  • All Participants: Certificate of Participation upon successful submission

Important Dates:

  • Last Date of Submission: May 14th, 2024
  • Results Announcement: May 19th, 2024
