About the event
Competition Details:
- Theme: Leveraging Water for Peace
- Organized by: MHRD Institutional Innovation Council (MHRD IIC)
- On the occasion of: World Water Day
- Eligibility: Open to all students and staff of MHRD institutions
Submission Guidelines:
- Originality and Creativity: Posters should be original and showcase creative thinking.
- File Format: JPEG or PNG
- Quality: High resolution (at least 300 dpi)
- File Size Limit: 5MB maximum
- Description: Include a brief explanation (not more than 100 words) of the concept and message behind your poster.
- Submission Email: innovationcellggi@gmail.com with subject "Poster Making Competition - Together for a Clean and Green Future"
- Participants are encouraged to submit a photo of themselves holding their poster (optional).
- Basic Details in Email: Name, Email, Contact Number, College/Organization Name, and Topic Name
Important Dates:
- Last Date of Submission: March 29th, 2024
- Date of Result Announcement: March 30th, 2024

Judging Criteria:
- Creativity and originality of the concept
- Visual impact and effectiveness of the design
- Relevance to the theme "Leveraging Water for Peace"
- Clarity and effectiveness of the message
Prizes:
- Top 5 entries receive a certificate of appreciation (common for both faculty and students)
- Certificate of participation for all participants upon successful submission
Additional Recognition:
- Winners and finalists will be recognized on the website and social media channels.
- Potential feature in future publications or promotional materials.
Terms and Conditions:
- Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges.
- Judges' decisions are final.
- Participants grant MHRD IIC the right to use posters for promotional purposes.
